In the end when Charlote dies it's amazing how collected she is. I learned that Charlotte is not the one to freak out shes the calm one, she relaxes everyone. When ever Wilbur would get out of control, she wouldn't yell she would kindly say "Wilbur stop". This continues with the other women in the story. Ms. Arable is very cool when fern is in one of her yelling moods. In the beginning when Fern is yelling about her father killing Wilbur, Ms. Arable is just like Charlotte.
So when she dies it doesn't surprise me when she is slowly dieing. and maybe that's what we all have to do when we die. Most people are afraid of death ( me included)but we all have to realize that in the circle of life were born, we live, we die. As many say If you cheat death once you cant do it again. In the end we could all learn from the calm, cool, and collected mood of Charlotte.

ARCHETYPES OF CHARLOTTES WEB
In Charlott's web THE MENTOR and THE HERO is the same person. Charlotte in the end saves and teachs not only wilbur but us. Like we learned in class EB White is using Charlotte and other characters as a microphone to teach us life leasons. In a way he tells us to look at the world in a different way.
So know that we now who THE MENTOR and THE HERO is in the book who are the others. Well the villain or the shadow in the book is really all the animals that doubted that as small as Charlotte was that she could stop humans from doing something as natural as killing a pig. But in the end they we all wronged and found a new appreciation for Charlotte and her talents.I also think that in the beginning i thought that the animals were THE VILLAINS and were going to stay like that throughout the book. But i was wrong they in a way traded sides and started to help Charlotte in succeding into saving wilbur. when a character can't choose between either side is called THE SHAPESHIFTER

CONNECTING NOTATIONS
pg49- Why is it that fern won't come to Wilbur's help that's her baby.
pg Unknown- now that Charlotte came into Wilbur's life Fern is fading slowly but surly into the back round. she is not even part of most chapters
Chapter 13- During the beginning of the book Wilbur is Ferns baby, all day and night that's the only thing she thought about. but as Wilbur and Fern got older, so did there relationship. Now in the middle of the book the story is no longer in Ferns point of view, its only in Wilbur's view. When Charlotte is introduced its like she is replacing Fern in a way.She is the one who comforts him when hes in need. The way that Eb White changes all of these relationships is by the way he passes the time. so Wilbur was born in Spring , and in next chapter its already the end of summer. And in this chapter its just Wilbur and Charlotte talking and in the end EB White says that fern gets up and leaves. this just shows how insignificant fern is compared to Charlotte. shes far in the back round, she treated like a piece of furniture, the only difference is that EB White described her leaving. I think when rereading books its nice to get another thought of different relationships and how they have changed

How long has charlottes web been out on book shelves
It's amaving how long has charlotts web has been captivating young and old lives.I mean this book has little problems that little kids can worry about, like Wilbur misses Fern. Or it could have a problem as big as the cycle of life.Things die every day but every thong stays the same. It's like EB White was hoping that when people read this book over and over again then every time they dig deeper and deeper into the book we find new reasons we loved it so much when we read as kids.Even though this book is only found in the childrens section doesn't mean it's for children. How many kids do you know that learns about death in second grade. These are the things that makes more like an adult book. It's odd I think of the book itself charlottes web as a child who is very precocios for it's age. And more like an adult then it thinks.

Charlottes Web pg 104 MOTHER OF MINE #3
On page 104 its shown that Charlotte is truly Wilbur's mother figure. After Fern gave her uncle Wilbur she has slowly but surely faded into the back round, not coming to Wilbur's aid just observing. In this time when ever Wilbur's in trouble Charlotte comes to his rescue. But its not just fun and games just like a real mother there's the tough love. Whenever Wilbur is over reacting, she calmly tells him to quite down like a real mother would do. She Loves him just as much as Fern did. But to Wilbur he doesn't care whether or not Fern talks or plays with him, just her company was great, and Charlotte's kindness is icing on the cake.
Charlottes Web pg 3 and pg 53 Entry #2 8 GOING ON 80
In these parts of the book , Fern shows an adult and a childish sides of her. In the beginning we see that Fern is very precocious (very old for her age)when she is saving Wilbur, standing up to her father and mother. But in the middle of the book when she was speaking to her parents and telling them about the conversation she heard the animals had in the afternoon. Her mother was a little sceptical at first, even through its perfectly normal for children to talk about talking animals in this time period. But this moment shows that that even the most precocious of children can show the eight year old inside of them ant any moment.
Charlottes Web pg 49 #1 THE PIGS GONNA DIE BY CHIRSTMAS TIME
"There fattening you up because there going to kill you, that's why"
In this part the old sheep explains to Wilbur that his time in the farm is running short. his days of eating scraps and sleeping in manure piles will end.In the book EB White has death as a frequent Theme in the book, he shows that death is a part of human nature, it will come and go.The first time i read this book i was 6 i didnt talk about death and living with anyone. i especially didnt read about it in picture books. for a book made for young children, EB White puts very adult like issues into this child book.In the book he aknolwedges the fact that things die. The seasons go by like time is flying by,the fact that Charlotts time is ending.
